We’re looking for a bilingual (English & Spanish) Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. This is your chance to help drive local communications, community partnerships, and events for one of the most iconic brands in the world.

In this role, you will gain experience building client relationships, bringing events and activations to life, operating within an IAT model, and mentoring junior team members. Join us on this exciting journey and make a meaningful difference in our community!

The Fine Print:

As a member of this team, you will:

  • Work side-by-side with the larger account team to drive community events
  • Proactively identify new insights and ideas for both earned media and community partnerships and events
  • Support and help lead execution of local events
  • Develop storytelling opportunities for both English and Spanish-language earned media with a focus on human interest stories
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with media, clients, and other agency partners
  • Implement programming initiatives that have a positive impact on the community and deliver results for our clients
  • Help support and train junior team members
  • Handle time and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Approach every task with the belief that no job is too big or too small when it comes to supporting the overall account team

The Needs:

  • Experience with pitching earned media
  • Recognize that excellent client service is the key to our success
  • Highly proficient and hardworking in all aspects of communications
  • Very organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Experienced in account management and comfortable staffing client calls and supporting account leads
  • Ability to quickly grasp business needs and priorities, trending topics, and connect the dots to deliver in a timely manner
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience engaging with and addressing mid-level clients
  • Outstanding judgment when working with media, team members, client contacts, and vendors
  • 3-4+ years of media relations experience; agency experience is a plus
  • A valid driver’s license and a vehicle to attend client meetings and community events, and occasionally help transport supplies
  • Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is a must

Salary: $67,000 – $70,000
