Overview
R&CPMK’s Creative & Strategy team is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team! This role will bring organization and process to help The Creative & Strategy team support all needs across our agency services and new business. Our Creative Studio is a conceptually driven team, always searching for the best solutions and sparks of innovation. We practice creative agility and serious team collaboration with some fun sprinkled on top. The broader team supports our New Business pipeline by providing research, data and insights that back up killer strategies, and ultimately developing final RFPs in collaboration with our team leads.
As our Project Coordinator, you will report to our Senior Creative Director and directly support our New Business lead. The major impact you will have is ensuring the team is organized and efficiently delivers on brief responses for clients and new business. Not only that, but you will also collaborate with other internal account teams. The Project Coordinator will oversee and manage our workflow for projects ranging from capabilities decks, Pitches, experiential events to social media campaigns, branding, website design, and more for some of the biggest brands in the world.
The Fine Print:
Manage two separate Workflows which at times will overlap. Collaborate closely with the creative studio and separately the New Biz team to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is enthusiastic about their craft. You are a hard-working teammate who collaboratively works to get things done while also being self-motivated and understand how individual tasks fit into the bigger picture. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, naturally curious, and composed when faced under pressure. Effective communication should be second nature. As well as having a commitment to ongoing work-flow enhancement, including bringing new methods and techniques to the team.

Salary: $45000-50,000 annually
